Terms & Conditions

1. STRICTLY NO CANCELLATION OF ORDERS once order form has been submitted. Buyers who will cancel shall be banned from future group orders handled by me and other seller friends.
2. STRICTLY NO LATE PAYMENTS WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. You can inform me of a delay in payment at least 12 hours before the deadline.
a. I will charge PHP 50 per day for late payments. Only three days extension shall be given for late payers. Beyond that period, the order shall be cancelled and the buyer shall be banned from future group orders handled by me.
b. All orders that have not been paid until the deadline without prior notice of delay shall be deemed as cancelled and the buyer shall be banned from future group orders handled by me.
3. I will not be held liable for any issues on the part of the sellers such as production cancellation, shipment delay and incomplete goods as these are beyond my control.
a. In case of cancellation on the part of the seller, I can only return your money once refund has been given by the seller.
b. In case of shipment delay and incomplete goods, the most I can do is reach out to them for updates on the delay / request for re-delivery of missing goods / request for refund.
4. In case the item you ordered is out-of-stock, I shall refund within one week.
5. I will not be held liable for any misdelivery or returned packages due to incorrect shipping information given by the buyer.
6. The orders are packed with utmost care before handing over to the couriers. I will not be held liable in case of damages on the package while in transit to the buyer.
7. Once the group order has arrived and is ready for distribution, an email will be sent with details on the additional fees. I can only keep your order for 3 months after its arrival. All orders that are not yet claimed / paid for after 3 months shall be up for sale to others.

GROUP ORDER GUIDELINES

1. Breakdown of the prices are included in the item description.
a. Prices are subject to change if there are significant changes in the exchange rate.
b. 1st Payment: Price indicated in the order confirmation
c. 2nd Payment: International shipping fee (if not included in the breakdown) and local shipping fee
2. Additional fees shall be paid upon arrival of the group order.
3. All items are for pre-order unless stated otherwise. Most fansite and doll pre-orders take 1-2 months to finish before delivery to our address.
a. Doll group orders take more time to be produced than regular items. Unless the group order is for stock sale, production can take 2-3 months before being sent to our KR address. This is only an estimate; there may be delays especially when perfecting the final sample before mass production.
b. If the group order states "Stock Sale", it means the seller already has the items on-hand and are just selling their extra stock. In this case, they arrive at our KR address within a week.
4. Group orders from Korea are delivered to and collected in our Korean address before shipping to the Philippines under Normal ETA. Please only transact with me if you can wait for your order.
5. Gifts for fansite goods may change from time to time. I will inform you of any changes as soon as possible.
6. Deadlines may move upon notice from the seller and shall be relayed to the buyers as soon as possible. In cases like this, I will allow cancellation for those who cannot pay when the deadline is earlier than originally scheduled.

SHIPPING, MEET-UP & PAYMENT GUIDELINES

SHIPPING GUIDELINES

1. Upon arrival of the group order, a group order arrival email will be sent with details on shipping fee and other additional fees (if international shipping and/or customs tax is not included in the 1st payment). Local couriers available are as follows:
a. LBC (Door-to-door / Branch Pick-up)
b. JRS (Door-to-door / Branch Pick-up)
Please note that orders with poster tubes shall automatically be shipped through JRS.
2. Orders will only be shipped once additional fees have been paid. Tracking numbers will be sent via e-mail.


MEET-UP GUIDELINES

1. Orders may also be claimed via meet-up with a meet-up fee of PHP 50 per buyer. Below are meet-up locations available:

SM Mall of AsiaGlorietta 5SM Megamall2. Cancellation of meet-up attendance is allowed only up to 12 hours before the scheduled date.
a. I will charge PHP 150 to those who will cancel their attendance and those who will not show up at all. This can be paid either at the next meet-up schedule (if you will be attending) or together with the shipping fee) if you will opt for shipping.

Modes of payment available are as follows:
